I go hard for New Years Eve.
I like taking a trip somewhere where all the people are just really fucking excited about the start of a new year. I usually dig New York City, but I’m thinking about changing it up and going to Boston’s First Night this year. You pay $18 and it allows you to go to various concerts, film showings, poetry readings etc all night long. There’s also a big fireworks display at midnight over the city. I’m not the biggest Boston girl but I like the idea of going to different festivals/art events all night. Anyways, has anyone been to First Night and/or know how it compares to Times Square?
